From the moment I started to help out at a weekly social session in 2024, I felt involved and so welcome. It is a privilege to support those who are using the hub, and through this role I’ve also met a stellar set of volunteers and helpers. I like that there are also opportunities to train and develop, and now I am back at work full time, I've had the opportunity to volunteer at an evening session which shows just how flexible the role can be. I hope more people not only get involved with what we have to offer but that more local people choose to volunteer with our team.
