Rosie

Social Wellbeing Co-ordinator

I’ve spent several years working within mental health services, including mental health crisis support, outreach work supporting people with mental health difficulties facing issues with housing, and within a psychiatric inpatient unit supporting patients both on the ward and as they transitioned back into the community.

Supporting people and helping them feel heard, valued and connected is something I’m really passionate about, which is why I was so drawn to The Butterfly Effect and the amazing work they do within the community. From the moment I met the team, I could see how caring and supportive the organisation is, and I’m really looking forward to being part of it.

Outside of work, I love theatre, live entertainment, crime documentaries, and making memories with my children.
