Emma

Trustee

I became a Trustee at Butterfly Effect Wellbeing because mental health has always mattered deeply to me – personally and professionally. This charity does the work that really counts – community-led, heartfelt, and quietly powerful.

Back in 2016, I introduced Mental Health First Aid training in my previous workplace, training over 60 people in the first few cohorts and watching it grow to a network of 160+ champions across the business.

These days, I run a therapy and coaching practice supporting people with anxiety, sleep issues, and burnout. Joining Butterfly Effect felt like the perfect way to use both my HR experience and my clinical training to support a cause that genuinely changes lives.

It’s grassroots. It’s hands-on. And it’s full of heart – I’m proud to play a part in it.
