Angie

CEO & Founder

For over 20 years, my mum lived with mental illness. The care she received was often inconsistent—sometimes helpful, but too often lacking the support and continuity she needed. In 2020, we lost her to suicide. In the wake of that loss, I made a promise: that no one going through mental illness—whether personally or as a loved one—should ever feel alone, unsupported, or unheard.

That promise became the seed of what is now Butterfly Effect Centre.

Since then, we’ve grown into something truly special—a space built on compassion, community, and the belief that every person deserves to feel safe, valued, and listened to. I’m honoured to have an amazing team who share that same commitment.

Outside of work, I find peace and healing in nature, especially by the sea. Sound healing is a deep passion of mine and a practice that continues to ground and inspire me.
